What this website collects, what it doesn't, and what you can ask us to do about it.
The short version:
- No cookies, and no tracking you across other sites.
- We only collect what you type into the contact or booking form.
- Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
- Ask us to show, correct or delete your data at any time — we will.
Analytics on this site
We use our own self-hosted analytics script to understand how the site is used. It does not set a cookie and does not build a cross-site profile of you.
We also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, which do use cookies and similar technologies to measure traffic and understand how visitors move through the site (Clarity also records anonymised session behaviour such as scrolling and clicks). Neither is used to sell your data or to target you with advertising on other sites. You can control these through your browser’s cookie and tracking settings at any time.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit the contact or booking form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number if you give one, and your message, together with the page you submitted from. We use these only to reply to you and to arrange work you ask us to do.
How it is stored and shared
Enquiries are stored securely and are seen only by DDesignSpace. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Form submissions are protected by a bot-prevention check (Cloudflare Turnstile), which also sets no cookie.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, at any time. Email diya@ddesignspace.com and we will action it. This applies wherever you are, including under the EU and UK GDPR, Switzerland’s revFADP and India’s DPDP Act.
